Welcome to NetSplit. By accessing or using our mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Description of Service

NetSplit provides a technical utility designed to help private groups (e.g., families or households) coordinate access to shared digital services by automating the retrieval of One-Time Passwords (OTP) and verification codes from a designated email account.

2. User Eligibility and Responsibilities

Personal Use: NetSplit is intended for private, non-commercial use within a defined group.
Account Security: As the Group Owner (Admin), you are responsible for the security of the linked email account. As a Member, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the Group PIN.
Lawful Use: You agree not to use NetSplit for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by these Terms.

3. Prohibited Conduct

Users are strictly prohibited from:

        Using the service to bypass security measures of platforms in violation of their respective Terms of Service.
Attempting to access email data that does not belong to the group or for which you do not have explicit authorization.
Reselling or commercializing the access provided by NetSplit.

    

4. Third-Party Services

NetSplit acts as a bridge between your email provider (e.g., Google, Microsoft) and your group. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any third-party streaming, gaming, or digital service providers. We do not guarantee the continuous availability of third-party email APIs.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

NetSplit is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the application will be error-free or that the extraction of codes will be 100% accurate at all times due to potential changes in third-party email formats.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NetSplit and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service or the inability to access shared accounts.

7. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the service at any time. Users can delete their data and revoke OAuth permissions at any time via the in-app settings.
