The Data Controller processes personal data in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
With explicit user consent, SummarAI intercepts incoming WhatsApp notifications to enable voice transcription and chat summarization.
The app does not access WhatsApp internal databases, does not read stored chats and does not bypass end-to-end encryption. Only notification content provided by the Android operating system is processed.
Voice messages received via notifications are temporarily processed to perform transcription. Audio files are not permanently stored on SummarAI servers.
Users authenticate via Google Sign-In. Only the Google UID is stored in Firebase Firestore to manage:
No email address, name or personal profile data is stored.
Anonymous usage statistics such as total transcribed minutes and daily, weekly and monthly usage are collected.

SummarAI displays ads using Google AdMob.
AdMob may collect advertising identifiers and anonymous usage data according to Google policies. Users can manage ad personalization through Google account settings.

Il Titolare del trattamento opera nel rispetto del Regolamento UE 2016/679 (GDPR).
Con il consenso esplicito dell’utente, SummarAI intercetta le notifiche WhatsApp in arrivo per consentire la trascrizione vocale e il riassunto delle conversazioni.
L’app non accede ai database interni di WhatsApp, non legge le chat salvate e non aggira la crittografia end-to-end. Vengono elaborati esclusivamente i contenuti forniti dal sistema Android tramite notifiche.
I messaggi vocali ricevuti tramite notifiche vengono temporaneamente elaborati per la trascrizione. I file audio non vengono archiviati permanentemente sui server SummarAI.
L’accesso avviene tramite Google Sign-In. Viene memorizzato esclusivamente il Google UID su Firebase Firestore per:

Vengono raccolte statistiche anonime come minuti totali trascritti e utilizzo giornaliero, settimanale e mensile.

Il consenso può essere revocato in qualsiasi momento disabilitando i permessi o disinstallando l’app.
SummarAI può elaborare contenuti provenienti da chat di gruppo WhatsApp o messaggi inviati da terzi.
L’utente dichiara di avere il diritto di utilizzare tali contenuti e si assume la responsabilità di aver ottenuto eventuali consensi necessari.
SummarAI opera esclusivamente come strumento tecnico e non è responsabile dei contenuti forniti dagli utenti.
