1. Who we are
Dalivisions is an Android app that allows users to generate and describe images using AI. Users can log in with their Google account to access app features.
2. What data we collect
- Google account data: users sign in with their Google account. We store only the Google UID in Firebase to manage user credits and track usage.
- Gallery access: the app requests permission to access images from the user’s gallery to describe them using OpenAI APIs. Images are sent to OpenAI only for processing and are not stored on our servers.
- Firebase Services: the app uses Firebase to store user credits, usage statistics, and track in-app purchases. No other personal data is stored.
- Advertising Data: Dalivisions uses Google AdMob for displaying ads. AdMob may collect anonymous usage data according to its own policies.
3. How we use the data
- Google account data is used only to identify users and manage their credits.
- Firebase stores user credits, usage statistics, and tracks purchases made through the app.
- Images from the gallery are processed by OpenAI APIs exclusively to generate descriptions or new images. We do not store these images.
- AdMob is used to provide advertising within the app.
4. Advertising
Dalivisions uses Google AdMob to serve advertisements. AdMob may collect and process anonymous usage data according to its own policies. For more details, see Google AdMob Privacy Policy.
5. Subscriptions and purchases
- Users can purchase credits through in-app purchases. These credits are stored in Firebase and used within the app.
- Users can also purchase products to remove ads if available. Purchases are linked to the Google account used in the Play Store.
6. Data deletion
Users can request deletion of their Google UID and all associated data (credits, usage statistics) by contacting us at laerte.developer@gmail.com. Data will be deleted within 7 working days.
7. Data security
We protect all communications with Firebase, AdMob, and OpenAI through secure connections (HTTPS). No personal or sensitive data is shared with third parties except as required by AdMob for advertising or OpenAI APIs for image processing.
