1. Who we are
4142 Duo is an Android app that helps users manage and apply company prefixes to phone numbers when making calls.
2. What data we collect
- Contacts (Address Book): the app requests access to the user’s contacts only to modify phone numbers at the time of the call. This data is used locally and is never stored or transmitted externally.
- Calls: the app does not save or log any phone numbers or call details.
- Firebase Services: the app uses Firebase for usage statistics and Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) for notifications. No personal information is stored.
- Advertising Data: the app uses Google AdMob for displaying ads. AdMob may collect anonymous usage data according to its own privacy policy.
3. How we use the data
- Contacts are accessed exclusively at the moment of dialing, to apply the company prefix.
- Firebase is used only to monitor anonymous usage statistics and to send notifications via FCM.
- AdMob is used to provide advertising within the app.
4. Advertising
4142 Duo uses Google AdMob to serve advertisements. AdMob may collect and process anonymous usage data according to its own policies. For more details, see Google AdMob Privacy Policy.
5. Subscriptions and purchases
Users can purchase an in-app product to remove ads. This purchase is linked to the Google account used in the Play Store. No other subscriptions or purchases are offered.
6. Data deletion
Since the app does not store personal data (contacts, calls, or user accounts), there is no personal data to delete.
7. Data security
We protect all communications with Firebase and AdMob through secure connections (HTTPS). No personal or sensitive data is shared with third parties except as required by the use of AdMob for advertising.
8. Contact
